This notice describes information collected through the public AC.RO website and its waitlist. It does not describe the unreleased AC.RO app.

Information collected

Joining the waitlist requires an email address. You may also provide your name, user type, organization, interests, or referral information. A signup may include campaign information and a locale. We record when a signup occurs and its waitlist and confirmation-email statuses.

The marketing server temporarily counts signup attempts by network address to limit abuse. It does not add that address to the waitlist signup record.

How information is used

We use waitlist information to manage signups, avoid duplicate entries, and contact people about AC.RO beta access. We may use service providers to host the website, store signup information, and deliver emails.

How long information is kept

Waitlist information is kept while it is needed to operate the waitlist and coordinate invitations. You can contact us to request removal of your signup information.
